How VibeGo collects, uses, shares, and protects data for account verification, profiles, activity matching, contact reveal, and safety review.
Information we collect
Account data such as email, phone number, password credentials, verification status, age confirmation, and invite usage.
Profile data such as display name, gender identity, country, city, bio, activity interests, preferred language, and profile photos.
Activity, application, selection, confirmation, review, cancellation, report, notification, and limited coordination data created in the product.
How we use information
To create accounts, verify email and phone ownership, prevent underage use, and gate activity features.
To show relevant activity cards, applicant context, match details, notifications, and contact-sharing choices.
To review profile photos, investigate serious reports, enforce rules, prevent abuse, and improve the pilot.
When information is shared
Public activity details and limited profile context may be shown to other logged-in users in matching flows.
Your selected email or phone is shared with a match only after both sides confirm and you choose what to share.
Serious report details, moderation notes, verification data, and raw safety signals are kept internal unless disclosure is required to protect users or comply with law.
Data choices
You can edit your profile and contact-sharing defaults from your account area.
Each confirmed match still asks you to confirm contact-sharing choices before reveal.
You can contact support to request help with account access, safety concerns, or data questions.
Retention and security
VibeGo keeps data only as needed for the pilot, safety, legal, and operational purposes.
No online service can guarantee perfect security, but the MVP is designed to minimize unnecessary personal data exposure.
Do not share passwords, verification codes, or sensitive personal documents with other users.
