Safety Guide

Effective date: June 17, 2026

VibeGo is designed for real plans with clearer boundaries: public-first meetings, no contact reveal before mutual confirmation, and serious reports handled separately from casual feedback.

How VibeGo helps

VibeGo is built for verified adults who want to meet through a real activity, not endless chat.

Exact private meeting points and selected contact details stay hidden until the host selects a candidate and the candidate accepts.

Each confirmed match asks you to choose what contact information to share before anything is revealed.

Before you confirm

Read the activity details, cost expectations, applicant answers, and host or candidate context before deciding.

Do not confirm a plan that feels rushed, vague, private, or different from what was described in VibeGo.

Cancel if the plan no longer feels right or if you cannot attend. Clear early decisions are better than unsafe pressure.

Meet in public

Choose public, easy-to-leave places for first meetings. Avoid private homes, hotel rooms, or isolated locations.

Tell a trusted person where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to be back.

Arrange your own transport and keep control of your belongings, drink, and phone.

Keep control of contact sharing

Do not share email, phone, social handles, payment details, or exact private meeting points before both sides confirm.

Be cautious if someone pressures you to move off-platform, rush a meeting, send money, or ignore the contact reveal flow.

Use the activity detail and match screens to keep expectations clear.

Trust your judgment

You can leave at any time. You do not owe anyone continued conversation, physical contact, or another meeting.

Pressure to keep chatting, meet privately, share contact details early, drink more, spend money, or accept physical contact is a reason to pause, leave, cancel, or report.

Cancel if something feels wrong, and report serious concerns through VibeGo when available.

Report serious issues

Report harassment, threats, unsafe behavior, fake profiles, scams, money requests, no-shows, or other serious concerns.

Serious reports are kept internal for moderation review and are separate from normal meeting feedback.

A report may lead to internal review, account limits, blocked interactions, or removal from the pilot.

Immediate danger

In an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

VibeGo reports are for internal moderation and are not an emergency response channel.

After you are safe, use the in-app Safety Center or support page to share relevant activity or match context.
